AMAZING RESULTS FOR ANXIETY Today was my 4th-day taking neuro-stack and I have to say that I am stoked!!! ♥️
I have been suffering for a few years now with brain fog, fatigue, anxiety, and depression (to the point that makes very stressful to leave the house).

I have been diagnosed with essential tremors after having an MRI brain scan done a number of years ago. So I have made it my mission to find a non-medical procedure to nutritionally feed the nerve cells in my brain. For those who don’t know it looks like a mild case of Parkinson’s disease though only affecting my dominant left hand (I’m left-handed), and not my head, or impairing speech. I can use my right hand to hold objects steady and have no trouble using my computer keyboard and pressure sensitive artist graphics tablet.
With that history, I was delighted to be offered samples of Akua Life Neuro-Stack to try. Now after about a month I have had reduced shaking and added benefits of mental clarity, focus, stamina, and overall positive attitude. With all the assaults on our brain health these days, it is wonderful to find a product to benefit us. So I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone to anyone for a non-drug emotional boost each day.
How I take it is with a hot coffee substitute (I’ve always disliked the taste of coffee from when I tried it in college). I make a hot drink in the morning with Maca Root, cacao Powder, Cinnamon, Coconut sugar, and in unsweetened vanilla Flax Milk. As I was suggested to have it with coconut oil, though I take it further with a tablespoon of Bulletproof Brain Octane oil. Brain Octane is made with only C8 MCT's, which metabolize more efficiently into ketone energy. The brain is dependent on glucose as a primary energy substrate but is capable of utilizing ketones such as β-hydroxybutyrate (βHB) and acetoacetate (AcAc), as occurs with fasting, prolonged starvation or chronic feeding of a high fat/low carbohydrate diet (ketogenic diet).
BELIEVE IN SHROOMS
I'm not the biggest believer in taking supplements or the effects they have but my cousin gave me these to try for a week and, because I think fungi are amazing, and I have never tried a super potent Lion's Mane Mushroom so I gave it a go.
And man this stuff is pretty damn good!

It's my first week taking and I'm already noticing more energy, more relaxed and more focused.

NOT ABLE TO WORK FOR 3 MONTHS
I have had all kinds of health issues the past several years, most notably fatigue, depression, and a tendency to catch every virus that gets near me.
I was literally sick and unable to work for 3 months.
My doctors were unable to do anything or find a single source of the problem!
I have sinus allergies and COPD (a chronic, incurable lung condition) which were not helping
